Our Commitment

LegalOnlineCasinos.ca does not sell placement, and no operator pays to appear in our reviews or rankings. This page explains how we keep our editorial judgment independent of any commercial consideration.

This policy applies to every page on legalonlinecasinos.ca: reviews, rankings, strategy guides, provider pages, and everything linked from our navigation.

We will never change a ranking, add a positive point, or omit a negative point in exchange for payment. If anyone asks us to, we refuse.

How We're Paid

We currently have no affiliate or commercial agreements with any operator listed on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated before any monetised link goes live.

What We Don't Do

Accept payment to change a review score or ranking position.
Accept payment to include or exclude specific operators from our coverage.
Publish content that hasn't been fact-checked by an editor independent of the commercial relationship.
Cover operators that don't accept Canadian players, regardless of what they offer to pay.

What We Do

Rank operators on a consistent, published set of criteria (see our review methodology).
Disclose every commercial relationship.
Update rankings when operator quality changes, even when that hurts revenue.
Publish critical reviews (or refuse to cover an operator) when the quality doesn't meet our standard.

Flagging Concerns

If you see a review you believe is inaccurate, or suspect a conflict of interest in our coverage, email [email protected] with the specific page and concern. We respond to every flagged concern within five business days.
